Dr. Caleb Mike Mulongo

Dr. Caleb Mike Mulongo is a medical doctor with experience in health finance, health systems strengthening, and primary and emergency healthcare. He has helped develop sub-sector guidelines and worked on provider payment mechanisms, national health financing reforms, access to information in the public health sector, and equity and accountability in health financing models.

He has provided advisory services on systems strengthening to the WHO, PATH, the Presidential Advisory and Strategy Unit, Global Fund, Amref Health Africa, and to various health sector stakeholders in East Africa, Asia and Europe. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow.
