Six things we commit to
Awareness and advocacy
We work with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote awareness on quality, and advocate for health systems that are safer for communities and staff.
Capacity strengthening
We work in collaboration with other organizations to improve the capacity of stakeholders to engage in discussions on, and, initiate, finance and manage initiatives aimed at improving safety and quality in our health system.
Continuous quality improvement
We work directly with health services providers to design, initiate and implement continuous quality improvement activities with the aim of building a culture of safety and quality.
Research and innovation
We conceptualize, implement and participate in research and evaluation activities, with diverse partners, to generate locally-relevant evidence on what works, what doesn't, and how we can improve safety and quality within our health system.
Partnerships for quality
We collaborate with individuals and organizations that work directly or indirectly within the diverse Kenyan health sector to promote safety and quality, and improve health outcomes.
Advisory services
We provide evidence-informed advisory services to health system leaders, managers and planners on strategic options for establishing and sustaining quality management systems within their respective organizations and jurisdictions.
